Mushtaq Rehman
CEO

Mushtaq is a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills. He holds a Double Major in Finance & Financial Accounting and a Minor in Management Information Systems. He has more than 19 years of management experience in the sector of financial services and IT services. In 1996, he restructured and re-launched the operations of the newly acquired company - Precision Tech Services (PTS) in Sri Lanka. Later in 1998, another subsidiary called Business Solution Systems (BSS) was formed to channel the system integration business.

Thiwanka De Silva
General Manager – Customer Support Group

As the leader of the Customer Support Group, made up of several support divisions, Thiwanka works closely with the technical and sales team to ensure they are fully geared to assist customers to manage the impact of evolving and emerging technical requirements. Furthermore, he is instrumental in driving the business and expanding service delivery and customer support models across the BSS technology portfolio. Thiwanka joined BSS in 2001 as a technical resource and within a short span of time ascended to his current leadership role in 2008. He counts more than 14 years experience in ICT life-cycle management and systems integration. He had been instrumental in major messaging, storage integration and systems management projects for our enterprise customers, and has been honoured with several awards for his contribution and commitment to the company. He also holds the prestigious Charted IT Professional status from the British Computer Society.

Roshan Pieries
Assistant General Manager - Solutions

Functioning as Assistant General Manager - Solutions at BSS, Roshan joined the company in 2001 as a sales executive for customer support bringing with him an extensive background in sales and marketing coupled with technical knowhow of Computer Hardware, Software and ISP Solutions. His experience in marketing and handling backend technical operations of world-renowned brands HP, IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, etc., has also proved valuable to the group. Roshan was invited to join the unique marketing team of BSS as an Account Manager in 2002, where he once again proved his credentials - now leading a team of professionals towards greater levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets and fast-paced environments.

Thusitha Alwis
Assistant General Manager - Projects

As Head of the Structured Cabling Team at BSS, Thusitha brings with him valuable industry experience of over 14 years. Commencing his career in computer hardware with PTS in 1995, he has garnered work experience across all functions in the company. In fact, he was one of the key team members of the first structured cabling team. After a series of swift promotions, he rose to the position of the Head of the Structured Cabling Team in 2001. Furthermore, Thusitha possesses over 14 years of experience in the design and installation of UTP and Fiber Optic based Structured Cabling systems. He has been instrumental in the deployment of large scale outdoor fiber cabling systems in the Maldives, Bangladesh and Dubai. One of the significant achievements in his sterling career has been his role as Project Manager for a Structured Cabling project wherein he provided guidance for a team of over 70 Heads to steer the D.I.C Dubai Project to a successful conclusion.
